Whether it’s grief, family breakdown, financial stress, workplace challenges, bullying, or personal overwhelm, everyone faces difficult periods in life. EAPs give employees access to trained Counsellors who can provide practical strategies and support during these tough times helping them manage challenges one step at a time.
Your business nominates an EAP provider, and employees can contact them directly to book appointments. A set number of sessions per employee are paid for by your business but the service remains completely confidential. The provider will invoice your business, but never disclose who accessed support.
